IRobot Makes Robot Mops, Too, And The Braava Jet 240 Is $30 Off
Robot vacuums are beloved for their ability to make life easier, but owning one comes with one downside: Once you don't have to do your own vacuuming, having to physically do any other chore seems like way too much to ask.
Never fear, iRobot is here: The pioneers of robot vacuums were also one of the first to bring robot mops to the world (and are one of the only brands to nail the robot mop so far). The Braava Jet 240 is iRobot's best-selling mop, and it's on sale for $169 at Walmart. (That's $30 cheaper than iRobot's site.)
Not all messes can be tackled with a dry vacuum (nor can everything be cleaned with a dry Swiffer — *cough, cough*). For spills or wet stains, mud, or just a weekly polishing, the Braava Jet's precision jet spray and vibrating cleaning can ensure your tile, laminate, or hardwood floors are free from sticky messes. Just attach a cleaning pad and choose from wet mopping, damp sweeping, or dry sweeping mode via buttons or the iRobot app.

Equipped with the same iAdapt Navigation as its Roomba siblings, the Braava Jet 240 maneuvers around corners, furniture, and drop-offs to cover hard-to-reach places (like behind the toilet) and avoid cleaning the same spot over and over again. (Mashable's review claims that the Braava Jet's cleaning is impressively detailed and does more than a meh gloss-over.) The spray won't harm carpet or furniture, but if you're really worried, built-in Virtual Wall Mode can keep it from entering chosen areas.
Unlike Roombas, the Braava Jet won't return to its dock to charge. It has a rechargeable battery, but you'll have to manually replace it.

IRobot's Newest Robot Mop, The Braava Jet M6, Is $50 Off At Walmart
TL;DR: The new iRobot Braava jet m6 robot mop wants to replace your Swiffer, and it's on sale for $449 at Walmart — a rare savings of $50.
Robot vacuums are always the center of attention. Everyone's always "pet hair this, dust bunnies that."
But here's the thing: A debris-free floor doesn't count when mud, sticky spills, and unexplained shoe gunk are tracked in. That's the type of stuff that needs to be scrubbed, especially with fall's rainy weather and (*shudders*) snow coming eventually.
When using the Swiffer Wet Jet requires way more physical exertion that it should, a robot mop can do your dirty work. The Braava jet m6 is iRobot's best robot mop yet, and it's $50 off at Walmart — while still the full price of $499 on iRobot's website.
The Braava jet m6 is a new and improved version of the Braava jet 380t and 240. The jet m6 has a bigger tank and is able to clean much more floor space (up to 1,000 square feet) and it can remember floor plans to make sure it's always hitting those high-traffic areas. The sensors attempt to scope out where the mess is, then use the precision jet sprays, cleaning pads, and some elbow grease to wipe up the grime. We're sure this person would have loved to have a robot mop after their Roomba flung dog poop across the house.

"iRobot has outdone itself again. I replaced a Braava jet 240 with the M6, and the difference is amazing. Some of the best features: removable solution tank, a dock with automatic docking and recharge and an app that actually works - which I could never get to work on the 240 model. I can now walk barefoot across my tiled floors, and feel a smooth, clean floor the way it should be. Worth every penny."
It can also act as a regular vacuum, but most customers agree that its suction and dry sweeping pads are only reliable for small spot sweeping. A broom would push around debris less than this.
